Ask us

Anything the tools can't do, you send to us.

Overview

That's us, the team at The Shop Marketing Guys, not a bot. Some work is better done by a person. Say you want to change your hours or phone number, change what your receptionist says, set up texting, or add a claim you can prove. Those take access we keep on our side. For those, your assistant sends the request to us.

Tell it what you need in your own words, the way you'd text us. It writes up a short request and sends it to us. A person on our team picks it up and gets back to you.

It never contacts a customer, and it doesn't change anything on its own. It's like texting us, except the details are written down, so nothing gets lost.

Changes to your business name, address, and phone number always come this way. They have to match your Google listing everywhere they show up, so we make those changes in one place.

You can also do this in your workspace. Look in Settings, under Request something (/workspace).
